Data we collect

When you send an Inquiry: your name, email or WhatsApp number, a description of your needs, and your budget and timeline if you fill them in.

When you send a testimonial through the link we share: your name, job title, company, and the testimonial text. A testimonial is shown on the website only with your permission.

When you contact us on WhatsApp: the information you send in that conversation.

If you accept analytics cookies: site usage data collected by Google Analytics, such as the pages you open and your device type.

How we use the data

Inquiry data is used to contact you, assess your project needs, and prepare a proposal.

Testimonials are stored in our site database and reviewed by our team before they are shown (if you allow it).

Analytics data is used to understand and improve the site. It is not used for anything else.

We do not sell your data.

Where data is stored and who processes it

Inquiries are stored in Notion, which our team uses to follow up with prospective Clients. We do not store Inquiry content in the site database and we do not write it to logs.

The site runs on Cloudflare. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions.

Google Analytics is active only after you press "Accept" on the cookie banner. Inquiry data is not sent to Google.

Cookies

Without your consent, this site sets no analytics cookies and does not contact Google servers. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

How long we keep data

Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to follow up on your request and for legitimate business needs, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent you gave earlier.
